On Saturday, October 3 at Vega in the Haymarket of downtown Lincoln, Jadyn Keller, along with other talented artists, performed in front of a live audience. Keller was one of the six featured solo artists to perform that night. Since she was the youngest and the only one from Northeast High School, Keller was a bit nervous to go on stage but had much support from family and friends.
With backing from many people including T.J. Saddler, who aided in the production of her music, she was able to overcome her stage fright and put on a show that would give chills to any listener. To obtain such skill, Keller has put in numerous hours of work over the course of her life.
Her parents began her singing career at the age of eleven and have kept her motivated throughout the years. Keller has certainly come a long way since then. Voice lessons in fifth grade and working hard with Saddler since last year have paid off a great deal. Now, writing her own music with the help of Saddler, she hopes to strive for even bigger accomplishments.
Keller says she will continue to perform, write, and sing for years to come. Her album No Make Believe when finished will have six songs. Keller continues to work with Saddler and plans to do so in the future. With her popularity and her song count increasing, Northeast is bound to have a celebrity graduate from its facility.
