3 days of peace, love, and junk. Junkstock is coming back to Omaha, Nebraska from April 8-10th. This three day event will be at 315 South 192 Street in Omaha, where vendors from around the state bring their antiques, vintage and refurbished items to sell to eager customers. If you know what Junkstock is, then you’ll be happy to hear this year is its 5 year anniversary. Because of the anniversary of Junkstock, this year’s event will be bigger and better than ever.

Junkstock will be held on Friday April 8 from 10am-6pm, Saturday April 9 from 9am-6pm, and Sunday April 10 from 10am-6pm. Admission to the event is 8 a day or 20 for a three day pass. If you’re an early bird, you can come to this event early on Friday at 8am and get in for 30. Don’t freak out if you get hungry during the event, because there will be many food vendors throughout the weekend who will be selling their delicious food. According to the Junk Stock website, some of the vendors will be Cactus Jacks (Saturday and Sunday only), Code 3 Catering, Jugheadz Pizza, and many more.

Along with the antiques and the scrumptious food that will be served at the event, there will be a multitude of musical bands performing throughout the weekend. BThrift Shop Radio, Stonebelly, School Rock and An Evening are only a few of the bands that will be featured at Junkstock.

If you are a parent with children, don’t worry about getting annoyed with your kids. There is a kid’s village where kids can play and have lots of fun if they become ancy or are bored of shopping. There will be face painting, a bounce house, balloon twisting, a petting zoo, and pony rides to fill kids’ days with huge amounts of fun.
